Samantha joined Dr. Friar's team in November of 2015. She studied exercise science while at Truman State University. After graduating in 2012, she spent the next few years working with physical therapists where she eventually found her calling as a massage therapist. She graduated from Southeastern Institute in 2015 and now specializes in trigger point therapy, clinical neuromuscular therapy, and deep tissue massage. Her massage incorporates myofascial techniques which allow the body to relax. She then focuses on specific trigger points with the intention of relieving muscular pain and dysfunction. She enjoys working with clients who want to overcome on-going muscular pain and soreness in order to live happier, healthier lives. Samantha has had great success helping clients who are dealing with pain, headaches and postural distortions.
